Liability Waiver
LIABILITY RELEASE & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT Club Name: Club Eden at Liquid Lounge Effective Date: 08/12/25 By signing this agreement, I, _______________________________ acknowledge and agree to the following terms while participating in events hosted by Club Eden and Liquid Lounge: 1. Assumption of Risk a. I understand that activities within the club may involve physical, emotional, and social risks, including but not limited to: i. Intimate interactions with other members. ii. Potential exposure to sexually transmitted infections (STIs) despite safety measures. iii. Emotional complexities related to ethical non-monogamy. b. I voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against the club, its organizers, and other participants for any harm, injury, or damages incurred. 2. Consent & Personal Responsibility a. I agree to obtain explicit verbal consent before any intimate interaction and will respect all boundaries. b. I take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during club activities. c. I will not hold the club liable for misconduct by other participants, though I may report violations to staff for action. 3. Privacy & Confidentiality a. I agree to strictly maintain confidentiality regarding other members’ identities, actions, or personal details. b. I will not record, photograph, or disclose any activities or attendees outside the club. c. I understand that violations of privacy may result in legal consequences and permanent banning. 4. Substance Use & Sobriety a. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly (if applicable) and will not engage in play if impaired. b. I will not use illegal substances on club premises. c. The club reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone deemed intoxicated or unsafe. 5. Health & Hygiene a. I confirm that I am free of known contagious infections (STIs or otherwise) or will disclose relevant health risks responsibly. b. I will practice safe sex and follow club hygiene protocols (e.g., condom use, sanitizing surfaces). 6. Release of Liability a. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Club Eden and Liquid Lounge, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation. b. This includes but is not limited to: personal injury, emotional distress, STI transmission, or property damage. 7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution a. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Colorado. b. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in the appropriate court jurisdiction. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By signing below, I confirm that: 1. I have read and understood this waiver. 2. I am of legal age (21+, per local laws) to participate. 3. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and without coercion.

Organization Rules
Club Eden Rules of Conduct 1. Mutual Respect & Inclusivity a. Treat all members with kindness, dignity, and respect, regardless of gender, orientation, race, or relationship structure. b. No means no—always accept boundaries gracefully. c. Discrimination, harassment, or pressure of any kind will not be tolerated. 2. Explicit Consent is Mandatory a. Always ask for clear, verbal consent before initiating any physical contact or play. b. Consent can be withdrawn at any time—immediately stop if someone expresses discomfort. c. Never assume interest based on past interactions—every encounter is a new agreement. 3. Privacy & Discretion a. What happens in the club stays in the club. Do not share names, photos, or details about other members outside the space. b. No phones or recording devices in play areas—violations will result in immediate removal. c. Respect others’ comfort levels regarding public disclosure of their lifestyle choices. 4. Substance Use Policy a. No overconsumption of alcohol—stay in control of your actions. b. Recreational substances (e.g., marijuana, etc.) must be used responsibly (where legally permitted) and never pressure others. c. No illegal drugs are allowed on the premises. 5. Personal Hygiene & Cleanliness a. Shower before play and maintain good hygiene (fresh breath, trimmed nails, etc.). b. Use provided sanitizing wipes and clean up after yourself in play areas. c. Always use barriers (condoms, dental dams, etc.) unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise. 6. Respecting the Space a. Help keep the club clean and tidy—dispose of trash properly. b. Respect designated play areas, quiet zones, and social spaces. c. Follow any house rules set by the venue or event organizers. 7. No Means No – Always a. No solicitation or pressure—respect those who decline an invitation. b. If someone is being pushy, report it to staff immediately. Consequences for Violations • First offense: Warning and possible temporary suspension. • Repeat offenses: Permanent ban from the club. • Serious breaches (e.g., non-consensual behavior, privacy violations): Immediate and permanent ban.
